The teams have been announced ahead of this afternoon’s international friendly between the Republic of Ireland and England in Dublin.
England manager Roy Hodgson has selected a very strong starting XI, including key men from Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool.

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart starts between the sticks, behind a back four which is made up of Chelsea’s Gary Cahill, Southampton’s Ryan Bertrand and United duo Chris Smalling and Phil Jones.
Liverpool summer signing James Milner joins fellow Reds Jordan Henderson, Raheem Sterling and Adam Lallana in midfielder, while Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere also plays behind captain Wayne Rooney.
