Running back Ray Rice has been the center of NFL headlines this week, and it appears that this will not change any time soon.
Rice played for the Baltimore Ravens for six seasons, but his career was cut short after a video leaked of him punching his wife in an elevator and knocking her unconscious before dragging her.
After being suspended for only two games, the Ravens released Rice after the general public saw this new development as the NFL suspended him indefinitely.
This caused players to speak out against Rice for his actions, and Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan is the latest prominent NFL figure to join in.
Here is a tweet from the Jaguars’ official Twitter account releasing a statement from their owner on this controversy.
