If this Blues had played for Liverpool, they could have won the Premier League…
Liverpool could have won the Premier League title if John Terry had been playing for them, rather than Chelsea, according to former Reds star Jamie Redknapp, who wishes he could have played alongside the Blues defender.

Speaking in the Daily Mail, Redknapp states that: “If John Terry had been at Liverpool when I was there, we’d have won titles. We were a John Terry away from being the best team in the country.”
The 33-year-old centre back made his senior debut in October 1998, and is preparing to make his 500th start as Chelsea captain when the Blues take on Crystal Palace this afternoon. Terry replaced Marcel Desailly as skipper at the start of the 2004-05 season.
Redknapp adds: “He’s one of those players I look at and think: ‘I wish I’d had the chance to play with you.’ The way he plays, the way he organises, the way he leads his team…to have captained Chelsea, at the highest level, for 500 games is an achievement deserving of great praise.
“He’s the best I have ever seen at defending the near post, reading the danger and taking a position to deal with the threat. He reads the problem and assesses the angle. His positional play, overcoming a lack of pace, and his skill remind me of Bobby Moore.”
Terry has won three Premier League titles during his time with Chelsea, and has also won the Champions League, the Europa League, five FA Cups, two League Cups and two Community Shields – a trophy haul he is hopeful of adding to again this season.
