Rumours of an exit have seemingly been quashed despite Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City all being linked to the 19-year-old.
According to Daily Express, Ibe will put pen-to-paper on a five-year deal at Anfield after Steven Gerrard plays his last home game for the club.
The 19-year-old has impressed at the Reds since returning from his loan stint at Derby County, making 10 Premier League appearances under Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers.
Ibe is believed to be highly-rated by Rodgers, and it comes as no surprise that Liverpool management are keen to tie the England youth international down on a long-term deal.
According to the report, Liverpool are also desperate to re-sign 18-year-old attacker Jerome Sinclair to a similar long-term deal.
Sinclair made his Premier League debut in the Reds’ 1-1 draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday after spending part of the season on loan at Wigan.
He played just eight minutes at Wigan, coming off the bench in a 2-0 loss to Watford.
