Blues boss blames himself for the hold up.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has bizarrely said that his lack of a nice pen is the reason why star forward Eden Hazard is yet to commit his future to the club, according to the Daily Star.

The Belgian’s representatives have been locked in talks with the Stamford Bridge outfit for months over a new deal, only to continue hitting a brick wall in negotiations.
Hazard is still under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2017, but the Blues are hoping to extend his deal for a further five years on a £200,000-per-week deal.
Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain are reportedly keen to bring him back to France, though Mourinho insisted that he is not concerned with the ongoing speculation and instead offered up his own reason for the delay.
“I am buying a nice pen,” Mourinho said.
“I need a bit of time to go to Sloane Street and buy a proper pen.
“I just need time to buy the pen and after that I think there is not a long time to go!”
