Why have Chelsea been so bad this season, after being so brilliant during their double-winning 2014-15 campaign? That is the big question every football fan is asking right now, with the Blues 14 points off the top of the Premier League after just 11 games.
Well, manager Jose Mourinho told the media at Tuesday’s press conference that he knows the answer. However, he wasn’t overly willing to share it.

“I know why,” BBC Sport quotes Mourinho as saying. “I would be here for a long time to explain. It is a combination of factors.
“Some of them I don’t want to touch. But, yes, I know. Everything is football-related. We don’t want to blame social or political problems in some corner of the globe.”
Mourinho was speaking to the press ahead of Wednesday night’s Champions League game against Dynamo Kiev.
Chelsea need to beat Kiev to return to the top two places of Group G.
If they lose to Kiev, Mourinho’s men will find themselves four points behind the Ukrainian side, leaving them with very slim qualification chances.
