Charity Shield loss made worse by injury for St George-Illawarra.
St George Illawarra Dragons fullback Josh Dugan will be sweating on the results of scans after he injured his knee in his side’s 38-20 loss against South Sydney.
The Dragons looked a step slower than the Rabbitohs all game, despite Souths using a patched together side with back-up halves.
However, Dugan was the big story for Dragons fans post-game, with the reformed bad boy of the NRL taking to his Twitter account post game.
Hey tweeps not sure of the damage in my knee yet early prognosis is lateral ligament strain. Find out the finer details after MRI Monday

Dragons coach Steve Price said he would speculate as to if Dugan would miss any game time from the injury, saying the club will wait until the results of scans before commentating more.
“Josh has been put in a brace and will undergo scans on Monday,” Price said.
“We will not have any further updates until we receive the scan results so it is too early at this stage to address any expected return dates.”
