Jurgen Klopp is set to accept the Liverpool top job after shelving plans of a sabbatical, according to reports.

Klopp will leave Borussia Dortmund when his contract with the Bundesliga side expires in the summer, and despite initial reports of the German taking a year out of football, Metro reports Klopp will is ready to take over the reigns at Anfield.
Liverpool’s sixth-placed finish has put Brendan Rodgers’ future at the club under question and whilst it is understood Reds bosses gave the Northern Irishman assurances over his future, the availability of Klopp may change FSG’s stance.
Klopp endured a poor season at Dortmund this term, but his record with the German giants since joining the club in 2008 is impressive.
He twice won the Bundesliga with Dortmund and reached the Champions League final in 2013.
Klopp’s side narrowly missed out on claiming the European honours after Arjen Robben’s 89th minute goal handed the title to Bayern Munich.
