Portuguese international set to see contract expire next summer.
Juventus are reportedly contemplating making a €13m move for Manchester United winger Nani according to reports in England.
According to The Sun, as reported by Football Italia, the defending Premier League champions are willing to offload the star but want at least €13m if they are to part company.
The 26-year-old has shown glimpses of his best during his spell in England, but there has been a sense of disappointment that he could not completely fulfil his potential and gain some consistency.
Nevertheless, that hasn’t put off a whole host of clubs who are interested in signing him this summer, with Serie A champions Juve looking to add him to their already strong squad.
The likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco are also reportedly monitoring his situation, but it is felt that coach Antonio Conte will likely win the race to land his signature given the impressive project he continues to build in Turin.
Having signed Carlos Tevez from Manchester City this summer, the Bianconeri are eyeing a real push in the Champions League this year as well as a third consecutive league title.
With their attempts to sign Napoli wing-back Juan Zuniga looking likely to fail, they are set to switch their attention to Nani. While the former Sporting Lisbon ace doesn’t have the same defensive skills, it is believed that Conte has given the green-light for the club to move forward with the deal.
It has previously been reported that Serie A rivals Roma were also interested in signing Nani, but after securing a deal to take Gervinho to Rome, boss Rudi Garcia will look to strengthen his squad elsewhere.
