Oscar is only 23 years old and under contract with the Blues until 2019, and his representatives confirmed that he will not be going anywhere.
Since the ship has sailed on Oscar and Salah, Juventus now have their sights set on winger Willian, according to the Daily Star.
The 26-year-old winger scored two goals while making 36 appearances for the Blues in the 2014-15 season.
The Brazilian international is currently under a five-year contract with the Blues, and he has spent two seasons at Stamford Bridge.
Coincidentally, Chelsea is pursuing Juventus star midfielder Paul Pogba, so they may be able to use Willian as a bargaining chip.
