Pogba, who left Manchester United on a free transfer in summer 2012, is one of the most wanted youngsters in Europe, with Real Madrid, Chelsea and Bayern Munich also thought to be keen on the 20-year-old.
PSG have been the first to act but Juventus President Andrea Agnelli was reportedly not willing to even consider the mammoth bid.
Pogba is set to be a key part of France’s World Cup squad this summer, after bagging 11 goals – many of them screamers – in 47 appearances for Juventus.
The Les Bleus stars has been linked with a return to Manchester United, after Agnelli admitted the Old Lady may not be able to hold onto the star.
