The German international was strongly linked as a top target for the Italian giants in the final few days of the summer transfer window, though a move never materialised as Arsene Wenger opted to keep him as part of his first-team plans.
Still, the 29-year-old has been in and out of the Arsenal first-team in recent times and may be shipped out due to his high wage packet, with Juve still keen to take him on when the transfer market re-opens.
With speculation also mounting that the Gunners are lining up a phenomenal £60m bid for Paul Pogba in the near future, it could be that Podolski will move to Turin as part of the deal.
In another ambitious January move, Massimiliano Allegri’s side are also said to be targeting Manchester United and former Chelsea star Juan Mata.
