Brazil star set to depart the Spanish capital this summer.
Real Madrid midfield player Kaka could be set for an end-of-season switch to Major League Soccer (MLS), according to reports on the Daily Mail.
The Brazil international has endured a torrid time at the Santiago Bernabeu since moving to the Spanish capital from AC Milan, with the playmaker even trying to force through a return move to San Siro in the recent January transfer window, only for the proposed transfer to fall through at the very last minute due to the Rossoneri being unable to match his massive wage demands.
However, a summer move to the MLS may now take place instead, if the player’s brother, Digao, is to be believed.
New York Red Bulls defender Digao says that he has been trying to persuade his older brother to join him across the Pond.
“It’s hard to say. Football changes very rapidly. It is a dream that he has, to come and play in the USA, and hopefully it will come true soon,” Digao told Goal.com.
“I think he’s been very curious about football in the United States and New York and about my experience living here.
“I’ve been relaying good things to him. He’s expressed his interest in one day playing in the United States.”
