Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles suffered a high ankle sprain in Week 2 against the Denver Broncos, and he was taken out of the game.
The running back is expected to possibly miss some time to nurse his injury, and Knile Davis will fill in for him if necessary. The injury was thought to be relatively serious, but it appears Charles is questionable for Week 3.
Here is a tweet from NFL Access reporting on the running back’s ankle.
