Elsewhere, Manchester United host Championship promotion favourites Middlesbrough while holders Chelsea visit Stoke City in one of five all-Premier League ties.
Manchester City face Crystal Palace, Southampton play Aston Villa, Norwich City go to Everton and Liverpool, who needed a penalty-shootout to overcome League Two Carlisle United, host Bournemouth.
Hull City, one of just three Championship teams remaining in the last 16, welcome Leicester City to the KC Stadium, with the ties to be played on 27 and 28 October.
