Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James hasn’t particularly done much to silence talk of his rocky relationship with Kevin Love, and his latest comments will likely gain a reaction too.

LeBron frustrated with Love for not fitting in: Reports claim there is still tension.
Both James and Love have dismissed talk that there is tension between them, but they haven’t done an effective enough job of it to prevent the media from reporting of a discord between them.
While there have been images on Instagram that have caused controversy with James leaving his teammate out of a team photo and Love himself revealing that he isn’t best friends with the two-time NBA champion, the latest interview will only serve to add fuel to the fire.
“People get so infatuated with the best of friends, things of that nature. First of all, I’ve got three very good friends in this league, and that’s Carmelo (Anthony), and that’s C.P. (Chris Paul), and that’s D-Wade. And after that I have a bunch of teammates. I have guys I ride for every day,” James said, Cleveland.com reports.
“But Kyrie is a guy I understand how important he is to this team, how important he is. And the same with Kev as well.”
James continued with the narrative that Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal adopted during their time together at the Los Angeles Lakers, by insisting that they are all there to win and ultimately that is all that matters.
If the pair are able to gel on the court and play vital roles for the team as a whole to push them towards a championship, then talk of their friendship, or lack of, will become a distant memory.
However, if they fail to fulfil their ambitions this season, Love becomes a free agent this summer and may well be convinced to consider his options elsewhere as there is likely to be significant interest shown in him from around the league.
