Leicester City have released a statement denying that they have parted company with manager Nigel Pearson, BBC Sport reports.

The Foxes were rumoured to have sacked the struggling manager after another bad result this weekend, with the newly-promoted side looking more than likely to head back down to the Championship.
However, Pearson’s job appears to still be in tact for the time being.
“Reports to the contrary are inaccurate and without foundation,” a statement read.
“Nigel, his staff and the first team squad are entirely focused on Tuesday night’s trip to Arsenal and our continued efforts to secure our position in the Premier League.”
