GK) Simon Mignolet – 5/10
Made some good saves, but tried to do too much with the ball at his feet on a couple of occasions and was lucky to not be punished for it.
RCB) Emre Can – 7/10
Assured as always at the back, and couldn’t be seen as at fault for either goal.
CB) Martin Skrtel – 6/10
A tough competitor, but was too unforgiving when stamping on David De Gea and could face punishment for the incident. Had an okay okay game except for that.
LCB) Mamadou Sakho – 6/10
Always looks slightly dodgy on the ball and clumsy off it, but once again came through with no errors and could be the best defender at Anfield.
