The Brazilian was one of the best options for the team going forwards, but couldn’t turn that in to a goal or assist.

Got his goal, and generally looked dangerous when with the ball.
SUB) Steven Gerrard 0/10
There was almost no way it could have gone any worse for the skipper, what was he thinking!?
SUB) Mario Balotelli 4/10
Came on to grab the Merseyside club a goal, but was a liability throughout. Was also lucky to not get a second yellow card for his reaction to a Chris Smalling yellow card.
