Alvaro Morata wants to stay and fight for his place at the Bernabeu…

Rumoured Liverpool and Arsenal target Alvaro Morata has dismissed speculation that he could join either of the Premier League giants on loan from Real Madrid this January, reports the Express.
The prodigal Spanish striker is highly rated at the Bernabeu, but because of the wealth of attacking talent at Carlo Ancelotti’s disposal, the 21-year-old has only been given one La Liga start so far.
As a result, Arsenal and Liverpool wanted to take the Spaniard on loan until the end of the season, as both teams lack strength in depth in the striker positions. Arsenal have only Olivier Giroud as a current fit, recognised central striker, while Liverpool have virtually no backup options to Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge.
Morata though, doesn’t think he’ll be moving anywhere soon…
“Despite all the stories that have emerged, I am happy here,” he said.
“I have spoken with the club and the coach and told them I want to stay here.
“This is the team I have spent my entire life at and I will stay here and do whatever the club asks of me or needs of me, even if it’s to play a minimal amount of games.”
