Gerrard is having his best season for Liverpool since they ran Manchester United close to the title during 2008/09. The England skipper has assisted seven goals for teammates, mainly from outstanding set-piece delivery. Reds boss Brendan Rodgers will be desperate for his captain to return from injury in the new year.
