In a poll taken by Sky Sports, 67 percent of the responses believed that the former Dortmund coach would be arriving on Merseyside after the decision was taken by the club to sack Brendan Rodgers on Sunday.
The announcement came just hours after Liverpool had secured a 1-1 draw with Everton, with Rodgers leaving after arriving at the club in 2012.
