Steven Gerrard is not the only senior player leaving Liverpool this summer – the Premier League’s retained list for the 2014-15 season has revealed.
Fifty-four times capped England right-back Glen Johnson and back-up goalkeeper Brad Jones are among those to follow Gerrard out of the Anfield exit door.

Long-serving skipper Gerrard is leaving the Reds after 17 years as a professional to sign for MLS outfit Los Angeles Galaxy.
Johnson, who played 200 times for Liverpool after joining from Portsmouth in 2009, is also being tipped to move abroad and has been linked with Roma.
Youngsters Jordan Lussey and Marc Pelosi, neither of whom made a first-team appearance for the Merseysiders, have also been released.
