Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is keen to bolster his defence after a disappointing season, and Metro reports that Liverpool bosses are in “advanced negotiations” with PSG over the transfer of the 21-year-old left-back.
The article suggests that the Frenchman would prefer to remain with the Ligue 1 giants, however he has struggled for game time in the star-studded side and could be swayed by a move to the Premier League.
Digne made just 16 appearances in all competitions last season and the former Lille man will have to do battle with Alberto Moreno for a spot at left-back at Anfield.
Meanwhile, Liverpool will have to cough up £15m for Southampton defender Nathaniel Clyne with The Daily Mail reporting the Saints will stand firm on its valuation for the England international.
The Reds have so far brought in James Milner, Danny Ings and Adam Bogdan, but will no doubt make more signings throughout the summer window.
