Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has said a move for Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea to Spanish giants Real Madrid is a ‘no brainer’.

The Red Devils stopper has been surrounded with rumours that he will soon move on from Old Trafford for some time, with Real Madrid no.1, Iker Casillas, under-performing and being touted with a move to the MLS.
The Spaniard conceded four goals last night to compound Los Blancos’ misery as, even though they scraped through their Champions League tie against Schalke, they played poorly.
With David de Gea wanting to win trophies and his side’s chances of a top four spot looking in the balance at the moment, a move would not be the most surprising outcome.
