The 20-year-old played the full match against the Netherlands and will have been disappointed that his side conceded a late equaliser.
According to the Metro, the young Turk is a wanted man and Liverpool will have a fight on their hands to secure his signature, with interested parties including Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea.
Turkish Super Lig side Bursaspor value Tufan, who can play at either right back or in midfield, at £10 million, though current La Liga champions Atletico Madrid are the bookies favourites to sign him.
Atleti officials reportedly met with the player prior to the Euro 2016 qualifier in a bid to discuss a potential move to the Spanish giants.
Serie A giants Juventus are also interested, having been alerted as to the player, sending representatives out to watch him in the Dutch capital.
