Inter are said to be willing to let the Croatian international move on this summer and use the cash to fund some of their own transfer activity.
However, Inter are likely to reject this particular bid as it falls well short of their valuation of the player, which is said to be closer to region of €30million (£22m).

Barcelona are also keen on the player, and sporting director Piero Ausilio recently met with Milan chiefs to attempt to strike a deal that would take him to the Nou Camp once their transfer embargo is lifted in January.
