Liverpool flop Mario Balotelli has been offered the chance to move to Qatar in order to get his career back on track.
Al-Arabi coach Gianfranco Zola has called his fellow Italian to join him this summer, and believes that the former Milan striker will benefit from escaping from Europe for a while.

Balotelli’s return to the Premier League has been a disappointment after scoring just one league goal all season.
Coupled with Liverpool signing both Roberto Firmino and Christian Benteke this summer, it appears as though the Italian is heading for the exit door.
“There are extraordinary resources here,” Zola told Sky Sport Italia, as reported by Football Italia.
“Cassano and Balotelli? They are two top players, and it could be an excellent opportunity for them to play in a League with less scrutiny, recharge their batteries, and return to Europe as protagonists.
“I’d recommend it as an experience. We have a lot of players, but if I had the opportunity [to sign them] I’d so it without a second thought.”
Balotelli has been omitted from the squad for Liverpool’s final pre-season game, and so it appears as though he will have to seriously consider his other options before the upcoming campaign.
