Young winger has made a huge impact on Merseyside this campaign.
Liverpool could loan out youngster Raheem Sterling to a suitable Championship side until the end of this season, says the Metro.
The England international has enjoyed a sensational debut campaign on Merseyside, making 23 appearances for the Reds so far.
It is form that has not only resulted in the 18-year-old winning his first ever senior England cap when the Three Lions head coach Roy Hodgson called the flying winger up to face Sweden in a friendly in Stockholm in November 2012, but also the player being handed a new long term contract at Anfield the following month.
However, Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has removed Sterling from the first team picture of late as the Northern Irishman grew concerned at just how many matches the player was taking part in for the club at such a young age, particularly when bearing in mind that it is still the teenager’s debut season for the Reds.
As a result, Sterling may now join either Cardiff City, Bolton Wanderers, Brighton or Blackpool on loan until the summer.
