Brendan Rodgers wants Divock Origi at the club.
Liverpool are considering paying French Ligue 1 outfit Lille a cool £4 million to bring Belgian striker Divock Origi to the club ahead of schedule, report the Mirror, as Brendan Rodgers looks to remedy his side’s goalscoring issues.

Origi signed for the Reds this summer on the back of an impressive World Cup campaign with Marc Wilmots’ Belgium, but was loaned back to Lille for the season to continue his development.
As Mario Balotelli, Rickie Lambert and Fabio Borini continue to flounder, however, the report suggests that the Reds could be willing to splash out to bring Origi to the club early, with his pace and power potentially a real asset to Rodgers and his team.
