Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge insists he is not watching Tottenham Hotspur’s striking sensation Harry Kane this season and doesn’t care about his performances.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, the England international explained that he is only focused on his own form amid speculation that he could lose his place in the national side after Kane’s fine form in front of goal.
“It doesn’t matter to me who comes around or what players are about,” he said. “It means nothing to me.
“When you watch other people, you don’t get anywhere in life because you are at war with yourself. Well done to Harry Kane and what he has achieved but I am not watching what he is doing. I just believe in me.”
