Liverpool academy graduate Jordon Ibe is set for a shock England senior call-up to prevent him from being part of Nigeria’s international set-up in the future, according to the Daily Mail.
Recently recalled from his loan spell at Derby, Brendan Rodgers has thrown the youngster straight into the side.

However, much like the case of Raheem Sterling at a young age, this seems like a tactical move by the FA to secure the youngster’s international future , with Sterling looking as though he may have been called up by Jamaica prior to making his Three Lions debut.
