As good as Liverpool have been in front of goal – they are the top-scorers in the league – their defending has left much to be desired.
Martin Skrtel has been solid, whilst Mamadou Sakho shows promise, but Daniel Agger could well be sold and the Saints’ impressive centre-back Lovren could be the perfect replacement.
