Liverpool’s problems are manifesting themselves in players who aren’t even at the club yet…
Liverpool striker Divock Origi is on loan at Lille and started the season well.
After scoring three early goals, there was even talk of the Reds trying to terminate the Belgian’s loan deal and bring him back to Anfield in January.
That notion was dismissed by Brendan Rodgers at the time, as the loan was built into the deal to sign the player in the first place.
But since then, things have gone downhill fast for Origi.

The striker, who shone at the World Cup, is in the middle of an excruciating goal drought.
The £10m signing has not scored in 923 minutes, and when his side won a penalty against Wolfsburg, he finally had his chance.
But the lack of confidence produced by the barren run was showing as the 19-year-old hit a weak penalty too close to Diego Benaglio.
