Liverpool will look to make their deal with Southampton official on Monday after Clyne undergoes a medical.
Clyne helped lead Southampton to a seventh-place finish in the Premier League 2014-15 season, and he became one of the most coveted defenders for the upcoming transfer window.
Assuming the deal is made official and Clyne passes his physical, he will be joining other stars such as striker Danny Ings, midfielder James Milner and attacker Roberto Firmino.
