Liverpool are closing in on a deal for Barcelona winger Adama Traore, according to reports.
Serie A giants Roma are also believed interested in the 19-year-old, however, Metro [via Gianluca di Marzio] reports Traore has accepted a move to Anfield over the Stadio Olimpico.
Roma are believed to have made a rival offer for the Spanish youth international, but reports suggest Traore is flying to England to undergo a medical with the Reds.
Traore has made just one La Liga appearance for the Catalan giants, but has starred for Barcelona B and is tipped to have a massive future.
Barcelona’s star-studded line-up means opportunities have been hard to come by for Traore, and a move to the Premier League with the Reds could see him handed valuable first team minutes.
If Traore joins, he will become Brendan Rodgers’ seventh signing of the summer following the high-profile captures of Christian Benteke, Roberto Firmino, Nathaniel Clyne and James Milner.
