3. Liverpool defensive rock Martin Skrtel is poised to sign a new three-year contract at Anfield, according to the Metro. The 30-year-old, who joined the Reds from Zenit Saint Petersburg in a £6.5m deal in 2008, has reportedly agreed personal terms, with pen to be put to paper next week.
