How the two sides will start in this big match at Anfield.
In one of the biggest matches of the Premier League weekend Liverpool host Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield with everything to play for on Merseyside.
Chelsea’s surprise 1-0 loss to Crystal Palace in Saturday means the Reds have the chance of leapfrogging the current leaders and going top of the table with a win.
As for Spurs, they watched north London rivals Arsenal draw 1-1 with Manchester City and it means they have renewed hope of making the top four and therefore the Champions League qualification places.
However, with Brendan Rodgers’ men having won their last seven league matches and also beating Tottenham 0-5 in the reverse fixture earlier in the season, the hosts will certainly be the favourites.
Rodgers has fielded a strong side once again, with winger Raheem Sterling coming back into the side to join top-scorers Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge in a three-man attack.
