Morocco wide man has endured a tough start to his Reds career.
Liverpool are reportedly happy to allow midfield player Oussama Assaidi to leave the club this summer in order to move back to the Eredivisie, with Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven said to be interested in taking the wide man on a season-long loan, says the Daily Mirror.
The Morocco international has only been at Anfield for just the one season now, having originally signed for the Reds from SC Heerenveen last August for just £2.4 million.
However, it is fair to say that the winger did not make a great impression in his debut campaign on Merseyside, featuring in only 12 matches in all competitions for the Reds, including four in the Premier League.
But while Liverpool head coach Brendan Rodgers is understood to prepared to let the 24-year-old move back to the Netherlands when the summer transfer window finally reopens for business on July 1, the Northern Irishman would prefer it if the player was sold permanently rather than just shipped out on loan.
