Lallana has established his reputation as one of his country’s most exciting midfielders this term, and has virtually nailed his spot in England’s World Cup squad as a result.
He’s in a similar mould to Liverpool’s Coutinho, and can exert himself on matches with his quick feet, clever passes and good decision making rather than physicality and aggression.
With Brendan Rodgers regularly playing a midfield three though, Lallana could fit in seamlessly, and would have the licence to get forward and join in with the attack.
