Uruguay forward may join Bayern this summer.
Liverpool have been rocked by the news that key front man Luis Suarez would be interested in an end-of-season move to Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, says the Metro.
The Uruguay international is currently enjoying an eye-catching campaign in front of goal for the Reds, having found the back of the net an impressive 26 times already in only 38 matches, as well as contributing eight assists to the club’s cause.
However, with former Barcelona head coach Pep Guardiola due to take over at the Allianz Arena in the summer, Suarez could be tempted to move to Bavaria, especially as the player’s agent, Pere Guardiola, is also the brother of Pep.
“If Bayern Munich makes an offer I would certainly be willing to listen and think about it,” said Suarez.
“It doesn’t mean I will definitely leave, it just means that I will not automatically reject other clubs.”
If the red-hot striker were to depart Anfield though, it is believed that it would take a monumental offer somewhere in the region of £0 million in order to be able to persuade the Merseysiders to do business, especially as the 26-year-old attacker only signed a new contract with Liverpool last August.
