Javier Hernandez’s departure from Manchester United looks likely to be delayed after the striker suffered an injury while on international duty.
The 27-year-old broke his collarbone during Mexico’s Gold Cup warm-up game against Honduras in Houston on Thursday morning and will miss the start of pre-season.

Hernandez is expected to leave United this summer after returning from a loan spell at Real Madrid to find that neither club wanted his services for next campaign.
The poacher retains plenty of admirers in the Premier League, including Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Southampton, but potential suitors may be deterred by his injury setback.
Hernandez has scored 59 goals in 154 games for United despite never being a first-team regular.
