NBA Playoffs Game 1 preview: Los Angeles Clippers at Houston Rockets
Los Angeles Clippers PG Chris Paul may not play Game 1 against Houston Rockets
They will play the Houston Rockets after knocking off the defending champion San Antonio Spurs.
After sinking the game-winning shot with one second left, Paul will not play in Game 1 as he will rest in an effort to nurse his hamstring injury.
It has not been revealed when Paul will return to the court, but the Clippers will obviously make an effort to get him back in action as soon as possible.
Paul has been crucial to the Clippers’ success this season, but they will look to win on the heels of power forward Blake Griffin and center DeAndre Jordan.
The star point guard is currently receiving round-the-clock treatment from the Clippers, but it remains to be seen whether he can make an impact in this series that is sure to be filled with offense from both teams.
