The Red Devils were found wanting defensively again this season, with the team imploding in the second half after having led 3-1 at the King Power Stadium.
It is well known that there are still players in the United ranks that van Gaal wanted to sell in the summer, following on from the departures of the likes of Danny Welbeck, Shinji Kagawa, Nani and Wilfried Zaha.
Six more players now look to be in the firing line for when the transfer window re-opens in January, and they are as follows:
6) Rafael
The Brazilian right-back has not been a regular for United this season and failed to impress with a start against Leicester yesterday. With defensive improvements needed, Rafael simply isn’t good enough and will surely be replaced by a superior talent.
