England U18 international, Lewis Cook, is to be offered a new deal by Leeds United after being regarded as one of the most promising midfielders outside of the top flight this season.

After impressing in the England squad that went on to win the European U17 Championship in the summer, the young midfielder was to earn a regular starting place in the new season for the Elland Road club following praise from previous coach David Hockaday.
The 17 year old made his full professional debut this season for the Championship side and his performances haven’t gone unnoticed by the big guns of English football – with Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool all eager for the teen’s signature.
While the West Yorkshire side are keen to hold onto the youngster, Cook is set to be offered a new deal worth around £4,000 per week – a deal that a Premier League giant could easily contest.
Leeds United have slapped a £10m price tag on the rising midfielder.
