Manchester City skipper Vincent Kompany has taken to social media to congratulate Chelsea following its Premier League title win, but the Belgian sent a warning to the west London club ahead of next season.

Chelsea wrapped up its fourth Premier League title win following a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace on Sunday at Stamford Bridge – the club’s first league title since the 2009/10 season.
Kompany sent his congratulations to fellow Belgian internationals Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois, but said Çity were aiming to take the crown off Chelsea next season.
Kompany tweeted: ‘Next season we’ll be coming for that crown but for now, congrats to @hazardeden10 and @thibautcourtois. Guys were brilliant. Well deserved.’

Manchester City moved a step closer to securing second spot with a 1-0 win over Tottenham on Sunday, moving them three points clear of Arsenal.
However, the Gunners have two games in hand.
