Manchester City look set to rival Chelsea, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich in the race to sign Liverpool starlet Raheem Sterling, according to the Daily Mirror.

Manuel Pellegrini is under increasing pressure at the Etihad Stadium after an awful run of form in recent games, and the Chilean is now determined to make Sterling his next big-name signing.
The England winger has been in fine form for Liverpool over the last year or so, establishing himself as one of the best young players in the world.
Chelsea have previously shown an interest as Sterling continues to stall on signing a new contract at Anfield, with City now leading the chase for his signature.
