Manchester City are close to finally completing a deal for VfL Wolfsburg midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, according to The Metro.
De Bruyne has been Man City’s main target for a long time, and Wolfsburg have been hesitant to sell the Belgian international.
However, they have agreed to sell him for £56m. Man City will have to pay an additional £57m for De Bruyne’s wages before taxes.
This brings his total fee to £113m, but the Citizens figure to be happy with his arrival as they will be receiving the reigning Bundesliga Player of the Year.

The 24-year-old midfielder struggled during his first stint in the Premier League, as he only made four appearances with Chelsea before being deemed surplus to requirements.
De Bruyne was able to make a fresh start with Wolfsburg, as he scored 16 goals with 27 assists in the 2014-15 season.
