GK: Joe Hart
Hart kept a clean sheet on Monday night, but he will be fully aware of the fact that he might be tested just a little more against the Premier League champions.
DF: Pablo Zabaleta
The Argentinian continues to be a reliable presence on the right flank, and he will need to be alert on both ends of the pitch.
DF: Vincent Kompany
The captain got the ball rolling at the Hawthorns, scoring in the first game of the season to give his team the lift that he needed to get things started on a positive note.
DF: Eliaquim Mangala
Mangala will be the first choice to play alongside Kompany this season, and it is crucial that the pair continue to strike up an understanding. This game will test that.
DF: Alexsandar Kolarov
With Gael Clichy relegated to the bench, it will be down to Kolarov to continue to provide City with width down the left flank.
