Man United coach Louis van Gaal has insisted that the entire staff at the club as well as the players are held responsible for their poor form.

The Dutch tactician was speaking to reporters ahead of Saturday’s game against Everton, as reported by Sky Sports, with United hoping to bounce back from their disappointing 3-0 loss to Arsenal prior to the international break.
That result leaves them two points adrift of rivals Manchester City who sit top of the Premier League table, although Manuel Pellegrini’s side will arguably be slightly vulnerable over the next few weeks with both Sergio Aguero and David Silva ruled out through injury.
Nevertheless, Van Gaal’s focus will be on his own squad and ensuring that they secure a positive result at Goodison Park to give themselves a solid foundation to work from in the build-up to Christmas.
United have five wins in their opening eight games of the campaign, and had in fact won four consecutive games prior to their setback against the Gunners.
Van Gaal will be desperate to get back to that form with a trip to Moscow to face CSKA and a meeting with City to come before the end of the month.
